The ratio of computer penetration in the USA was 1 computer against 1.7 people, 1 to 17 in China while in Pakistan ration is 1 to 120. After the ratios, it is clear that there is great potential to sell machines in Pakistan. Dell was the first company to set up ten (10) service centers in Pakistan and enjoying early mover advantage. Dell will carry on investing heavily in research and development to support its long-term customer focus strategy.
